Start a session, put your phone down, and guard the totem. If you move the device or leave the app, the session ends. It is a focused ritual for anyone who wants friction between them and endless scroll.

Motion-Detected Sessions

Accelerometer and (when available) gyroscope detection turns focus into a game. You win by leaving the device untouched and staying in-app.

Grace and Warning Windows

Small bumps do not have to ruin your flow. Built-in grace periods and warnings help you recover without losing momentum.

Low Power Mode

Switch to a lighter rule set when you want a gentler session that still discourages doomscrolling.

Idol Collection

Choose a totem, defend it through the session, and unlock trophies that mark your past idols.
